පුද්ගලයින් 200කට වැඩි පිරිසකට මරු කැඳවමින් ස්පාඤ්ඤයේ වැලෙන්සියා ප්‍රාන්තයට බලපෑ ජලගැලීම් ආපදාවෙන් විපතට පත්වූවන් හමුවීමට එරට ෆිලිපේ රජු සහ ලැටීෂියා රැජින ඊයේ (03) කටයුතු කළේය.
