2022 වසරේ සමාජවාදී තරුණ සංගමය විසින් පැවැත්වූ විරෝධතා ව්‍යාපාරයකට පොලීසිය විසින් පහරදී විසුරුවා හැරීමට එරෙහිව ගොනුකර තිබෙන මූලික අයිතිවාසිකම් පෙත්සම්වල වගඋත්තරකරුවකු ලෙස හිටපු ජනාධිපති රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ මහතා නම් කිරීමට ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨාධිකරණය අවසර ලබාදී තිබේ.
