අධික වර්ෂාව හේතුවෙන් හාලිඇළ, උඩුවර ප්‍රදේශයට වැටී ඇත් පස් හා ගල් ඉවත්කිරීම අදත් (30) සිදුවිය.

ඒ හේතුවෙන් දුම්රිය බලධාරීන් පවසන්නේ බදුල්ල සහ ඇල්ල අතර දුම්රිය ධාවනය තව දින කිහිපයකට ප්‍රමාද වනු ඇති බවය.

මේ අතර පස්සර 16 කණුව ප්‍රදේශයේ සිදුවූ නායයෑමකින් ගමනාගමන කටයුතු සම්පූර්ණයෙන් අවහිර වූ පස්සර – ලුණුගල මාර්ගයේ එක් මංතීරුවක් අද උදෑසන 6 සිට පස්වරු 6 දක්වා විවෘත තැබේ.

එමෙන්ම මහවැලි ගඟ පිටාරගැලීම නිසා දින ගණනාවක් වසා තිබුණු කොළඹ – මඩකලපුව ප්‍රධාන මාර්ගය සැහැල්ලු රථ වාහන ධාවනය සඳහා ඊයේ (29) පස්වරුවේ සිට විවෘත කෙරුණි.

කෙසේ නමුත් ඇදහැලුණ අධික වර්ෂාව හේතුවෙන් දැදුරුඔය, පේරාරු, උල්හිටිය රත්කිඳ, පොල්ගොල්ල, නාච්චදූව, රාජංගනය, කලාවැව සහ වෙහෙරගල ආදි ජලාශවල වාන් දොරටු තවමත් විවෘතව ඇත.

මේ අතර පුත්තලම, ආනමඩුව ප්‍රදේශයේ නිවාස 20ක් පමණ තවමත් ජලයෙන් යටව පවතියි.
