සංචාරකයන්ගේ පැමිණීම යළිත් ඉහළ යමින් පවතින බව සංචාරක ප්‍රවර්ධන අධිකාරිය පවසනවා. ඒ අනුව මේ මාසයේ මුල් සති දෙක තුළ පමණක් සංචාරකයන් 17,000ක් පමණ මෙරටට පැමිණ ඇති බව සදහන්. බ්‍රිතාන්‍ය ඇතුළු යුරෝපීය රටවල් මෙන්ම ඉන්දියාව සහ කැනඩාව වැනි රටවල්වලින් වැඩි වශයෙන් සංචාරකයන් පැමිණීම
සිදුවෙනවා. මැයි මාසයේ දෛනික සංචාරකයන් පැමිණීම 650 දෙනෙකුට සීමා වූ අතර මේ වනවිට එය 1,600ක් දක්වා ඉහළ ගොස් ඇති බවයි සංචාරක ප්‍රවර්ධන අධිකාරිය පෙන්වා දෙන්න.
