2024 වසරේ ජනවාරි 01 සිට ජූනි 30 දක්වා කාලපරිච්ඡේදය තුළ දී ශ්‍රී ලංකාව ඩොලර් මිලියන 503ක විදෙස් ණය සේවා ගෙවීම් සිදුකර ඇති බව වාර්තා වේ.

එහිදී ඩොලර් මිලියන 275.1ක් මූලික ණය ආපසු ගෙවීම් හා ඩොලර් මිලියන 227.9 ක් පොලී ගෙවීම් ලෙසත් සටහන්ව ඇත.

2024 ජුනි මස අවසන් වන විට රජයේ විදේශ ණය ප්‍රමාණය ඩොලර් බිලියන 37.5කි.

රජය විසින් අනුගමනය කරන ලද අතුරු ප්‍රතිපත්තියට අනුකූලව, බලපෑමට ලක් වූ ද්විපාර්ශවික සහ වානිජ ණය හිමියන්ගේ විදේශ ණය සේවාකරණය 2022 වසරේ අප්‍රේල් මස 12 වනදා සිට අන්තර්කාලීන වශයෙන් තාවකාලිකව අත්හිටුවන ලදී.

ඒ අනුව 2022 වසරේ ජූනි 30 දක්වා නොපියවා ඇති ණය වාරික ප්‍රමාණය ඩොලර් මිලියන 5,670 ක් ද, පොලී ප්‍රමාණය ඩොලර් මිලියන 2,527 ක් ද ලෙසින් වාර්තා වී ඇත.

මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශය විසින් ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කරන ලද 2024 වසර මැද රාජ්‍ය මූල්‍ය තත්ත්වය පිළිබඳ වාර්තාවෙහි මේ බව සඳහන් වේ.
