ඊයේ (15) දිනයට අදාළව ශ්‍රී ලංකාවෙන් වාර්තා වූ කොවිඩ් ආශ්‍රිත මරණ සංඛ්‍යාව හයක් බව සෞඛ්‍ය සේවා අධ්‍යක්ෂ ජනරාල්වරයා තහවුරු කරනවා. එම මරණ තුනත් සමග මෙරටින් වාර්තා වන සමස්ත කොවිඩ් මරණ සංඛ්‍යාව දැක්වෙන්නේ 16630ක් ලෙසයි. මියගොස් ඇති පිරිස අතර කාන්තාවන් තිදෙනෙක් සහ පිරිමි පුද්ගලයන් තිදෙනෙක් වන අතර ඔවුන් සයදෙනා ම වයස අවුරුදු 60 ඉක්ම වූ පුද්ගලයන්.
