අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින් අත්අඩංගුවට ගත් හිටපු අමාත්‍ය මර්වින් සිල්වා මේ වනවිට (18) අධිකරණය වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කර තිබෙනවා. අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ නිලධාරීන් පිරිසක් අද පෙරවරුවේ හිටපු අමාත්‍ය මර්වින් සිල්වා කොළඹදී අත්අඩංගුවට ගනු ලැබුවා. ඒ 2007 වසරේදී ඔහු ඇතුළු පිරිසක් රූපවාහිනී සංස්ථාවට කඩාවැදී එහි සේවකයින්ට පහරදීමේ සිද්ධියකට අදාළවයි. අත්අඩංගුවට ගත් හිටපු අමාත්‍යවරයා පසුව අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව වෙත රැගෙනවිත් ප්‍රකාශ සටහන් කර ගැනීමෙන් පසුවයි අධිකරණය වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කරනු ලැබුවේ.
